Tiffany was born in Los Angeles, CA and raised in Washington, DC. Tiffany graduated from High School in
2002. She received her associate's degree in medical billing and coding. In 2010, Tiffany joined

the Order of the Eastern Star (OES) sorority. As the founder and President of H.E.R
(Help Elevate and Rebuild) Journey Transitional Housing, Tiffany’s vision came to realization when
she herself was a victim to domestic violence and there were not enough Safe Homes available for women

and children, then being forced to remain under the vice of her abuser and expose her sons to violent behaviors of
insults and batter. Tiffany wants H.E.R. to serve as a trusted source
for victims, and that beacon of hope for women, men, and their children to have a place to call
home until they are able to get back on their feet and find a more stable and/or permanent housing.
Her passion is to be able to help as many women, men, and children as possible through
job training, resume writing, mental health workshops, personal
hygiene, utility donations, and/or spiritual coaching/guidance to rebuild their independence.

Tiffany is currently employed as a Maintenance Coordinator with Associa on Call. Her primary
duties include, being responsible for the maintenance and general upkeep of equipment and facilities.
She works in commercial, industrial, and residential spaces while coordinating maintenance
duties and/or contracting service providers. Moreover, Tiffany is responsible for the
management and support of community associations (primarily HOAs & Condo Associations), 
which includes the operations of, regularly interacting with the Board of

Directors’ members, homeowners, and vendors, as well as managing neighborhood meeting
attendance, budget preparation, and overall community business services.

In my Tiffany’s limited spare time, she enjoys spending time with family and friends,

attending bible study, and traveling with her family
to new sceneries that further explores her ideas of peace and tranquility. She especially enjoys
spending time with her two amazing sons that keep her very busy

in their schooling and extra-curricular activities of all thing's aerospace and robotics.

Tiffany’s hobbies during any downtime are making jewelry,
and journaling making, but she has also recently been introduced to
the wonderful world of soap making.

Tiffany is always willing and able to serve the community in any compacity, and the H.E.R. non-profit
organization is just another way in which she exhibits her zeal for others and their well-being.
